The Biomolecular and Biomimetic Materials Laboratory at The Pennsylvania State University is seeking to hire two scholars to work with novel protein/cell therapy methods for regenerative medicine, cancer immunotherapy and COVID-19 treatment.

Qualified individuals will have expertise in biomaterials (soft matter), cell biology, or drug/gene/cell delivery. 

Demonstrated ability to conduct animal studies will be considered a plus. 

Successful candidates will be highly motivated, detail oriented, work independently while displaying excellent communication and analytical skills.

The position requires a visiting scholar or a Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field. 

The duration is for one year, renewal possible depending on availability of funds.
