英国利兹大学博士后职位招聘–电子微移动性数据定量分析
Job Description
Do you want to further your career by applying your quantitative data analysis skills as part of a leading research group on transport and energy at the world renowned Institute for Transport Studies? If so, this could be the opportunity for you.
A quantitative transport data analyst is required to support the ELEVATE research project https://environment.leeds.ac.uk/transport-social-political-sciences/dir-record/research-projects/1690/elevate which seeks to understand the decarbonisation potential of electric micromobility. This post-doctoral position will focus on analysing quantitative data including from surveys, GPS traces, smartwatches, and may also involve secondary analysis of e-micromobility fleets such as e-cargo-bikes, scooters and other vehicles.
This post will be based at ITS University of Leeds working in partnership with Universities of Brighton, Oxford TU Eindhoven and TU Dortmund. The research project is affiliated to the Centre for Research into Energy Demand Solutions (CREDS https://www.creds.ac.uk/ )
You will also be involved in fieldwork conducted in Leeds in summer 2023 in which trials of electric micromobility will be conducted and evaluated.
Given that this is a mixed methods project, you will ideally have some interest in or knowledge of mixed or qualitative research particularly in terms of linking qualitative and quantitative data analysis findings.
