美国宾夕法尼亚大学博士后职位招聘–计算生物学、计算机科学、统计学、数学、遗传学或相关领域
Job Description
The Tan laboratory (http://tanlab4generegulation.org/) is seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate for a postdoctoral fellow position. The Tan research group (http://tanlab4generegulation.org) is interdisciplinary and highly collaborative, utilizing both computational and experimental approaches to study gene regulation. We have pioneered multiple computational algorithms for regulatory genomics, epigenomics, and network biology.
The postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for development of novel computational algorithms for single-cell omics and imaging data analysis. The project provides an excellent training opportunity in single-cell genomics, computational biology, and cancer biology. The project is funded by grants from NCI Human Tumor Atlas Project (https://humantumoratlas.org/), the Human Biomolecular Atlas Program (https://hubmapconsortium.org/), and the Human Cell Atlas Project (https://www.humancellatlas.org).
The desired candidate must have a PhD degree in computational biology, computer science, statistics, mathematics, genetics or related field with a strong understanding of biology. An established track record (as evidenced by publications in peer-viewed journals) in relevant field is required.
Interested candidates please send a CV, a cover letter stating research interests and qualifications, and references to Dr. Kai Tan by email: tank1@chop.edu.
