德克萨斯大学西南医疗中心博士后职位招聘–分子机制和转化癌症研究
A postdoctoral fellow position is available in the Brugarolas lab (https://www.brugarolaslab.com/research-summary.php). Research in the lab spans the full spectrum from basic to translational to clinical. Particular areas include genomics, mechanistic and biomarker studies, animal models, drug discovery and clinical trials. While focused on kidney cancer, we have developed a comprehensive pipeline going from the molecular genetics to the clinic.
The Brugarolas lab is also the hub of the Kidney Cancer Program (https://kcp.utsw.edu/), one of two such programs in the country recognized by a prestigious Specialized Program of Research Excellence (SPORE) from the National Cancer Institute (https://kcp.utsw.edu/research/spore-award/).
Candidates should be in the last year of their doctoral studies or within 6 months of a Ph.D. degree. A track record of productivity and publications in well-established journals is essential. Successful applicants will have the opportunity to work in a translational research program with access to a unique infrastructure linking patient records to experimental genomics, a comprehensive tumor bank, and state-of-the-art genetically engineered as well as tumorgraft models.
