香港城市大学博士后职位招聘–土木工程、工程管理、计算机科学、自动化或其他相关专业

Our research program is interdisciplinary, linking construction engineering, management, computer science and etc. together. Post-doctoral, visiting scholars/students, graduate research assistant, undergraduate assistant positions are available. Self-motivated students who are interested in pursuing PhD degree in civil engineering are encouraged to apply for the PhD program.  

Minimum Requirements:

1) B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management,  Computer Science, or other related fields

2) General admission requirements (English, GPA) 

Desirable qualification: 

Interested and demonstrated research experiences related to two or more of the following areas:

1) Construction engineering management;

2) Image processing;

3) Engineering informatics;

4) Automation in construction;

5) sustainability and green building;

6) BIM and GIS;

7) Wireless sensor network;

8) Machine learning and big data analytics;

9) Information Modelling. 

Assistantship Package:

HK$17,800 per month for 12 months per year. Travel expenses will be covered for research-related activities (conference, data collection, research exchange and etc.)

The chance will increase with a higher GPA (>85 in a 100 scale or >3.5 in a 4.0 scale), bachalor from a good university (top 100 university or double first class university) and more peer-reviewed international journal papers published.

Hong Kong PhD Fellowship (Application Deadline: Dec 1, 2024)

In case you have a high GPA with a strong publication record, you are encouraged to apply for Hong Kong PhD Fellowship. The monthly stipend of HKPFS is HK$28,100/month. In addition, conference and travel allowance of HK$14,000 per year is provided for HKPFS awardees.
