About the Role
An opportunity to join the Ciccarelli lab ( https://www.crick.ac.uk/research/labs/francesca-ciccarelli ) to study the determinants of response to cancer immunotherapy. Our team is affiliated with QMUL and the Francis Crick Institute.
About You
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting statistical and computational analysis on genomic, spatial transcriptomics and tissue imaging data. They will have a background in computational genomics and statistics applied to biology. They will be able to thrive in a multidisciplinary team.
About the Project
Examples of our projects include characterization of the tumour-microenvironment of colon cancers in response to immunotherapy (Bortolomeazzi Gastroenterology 2021) and methods to analyse high-dimensional tissue imaging data(Bortolomeazzi Nature Comms 2022).

The post is based at the Charterhouse Square campus in London. It is full time (35 hours per week), fixed term appointment for 17 months, with an expected start date of 1st October 2024. The starting salary will be grade 4/5, in the range of £40,223 – £48,463 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
